iSoft®  EQ C390

INCI Name: Methyl Triethanol Ammonium Methyl sulfate Dialkylester

CAS No. 91995-81-2

The main characteristic are

  • circulation moisturizing etc.
  • softener also won't appear to become yellow even use high concentration products.
  • also suitable to be made into liquid products, and the concentrated products can be as high as 30%, convenient to produce emulsion and form the stable emulsion.

  • Hot processible at arr 50 oC
  • Dosage is 5-8% (regular) or 18-25% (concentrated) 


iSoft® EQ CNA-90

iSoft® EQ CNA-90 is a fatty acid di-ester quaternary softener, which has excellent softening and antistatic properties.

iSoft® EQ CNA-90 is the raw material for the softeners production, highly biodegradable and stable dispersions with high concentration.

  • Improves electrical conductivity and prevents static build-up on fibers

Application

(Preparation of stock 10% solution)
Put water and stir it at 40 ~ 50°C for 30 minutes.

WRINKLE REMOVAL

A silicone based fluid that has the ability to lubricate fibers to give improved softening and ease of ironing.

Silicone derivatives in fabric softener:

amine-functional silicones, amide-functional silicones and silicone gums.

These silicone derivatives are modified to be more substantive to fabric and can dramatically improve its feel and remove the wrinkle during wash cycle the silicone particles are so tiny that they will actually penetrate into the fibers.

iSoft® ASO-901

iSoft ASO-901 is an amino modified functional polysiloxane fluid which gives excellent softness, smoothness and velvet like feeling on fiber materials.
