Bright® optical brightener agent for detergent

iBright® are virtually colorless compounds which, when present on a substrate, absorb primarily invisible ultraviolet light in the 300-400 nanometer (nm) range and re-emit in the visible violet-to-blue fluorescent light.

 

This ability of iBright® to absorb invisible short wavelength radiation and re-emit in the visible blue light which imparts a brilliant whiteness to the light reflected by a substrate, is the key to iBright® effectiveness.

 

Combination of iCare WA® and iBright® into detergent will give the best whiteness improvement whiter than white.

iBright® OBA 351 CBSX optical brighteners give bright neutral white shade to cellulosic and synthetic fabrics even after repeated washes at low to high washing temperatures. The iBright® range is light fast, bleach stable, and far more soluble than conventional stilbene brighteners – leading to exceptional performance at low temperatures.

iBright® OBA 351 CBSX comes as free flowing granules, stable low viscosity aqueous dispersion, or as a clear solution to meet all formulation needs.

Compatible with conventional and compact detergent powders, liquid detergents, industrial detergents as well as soap bars, detergent bars, softeners and boosters.

Effective at relatively low incorporation levels over the whole temperature range especially from cold to medium washing temperatures.

Dosage by application:

Conventional detergent powders 0.05~0.25%

Compact detergents powders 0.01~0.40%

liquid detergent 0.05~0.40%
